The First Five Minutes - A Live Body Observation Experience (STARTING IN JULY)
Watch a real session unfold from the very beginning.
Observe how posture, breathing, rib cage tension, neck positioning, movement patterns, and nervous system responses can reveal larger compensation patterns throughout the body.
Participants will observe:
• posture assessment
• breathing mechanics
• neck mobility testing
• first touch response
• rib cage and neck relationships
• visible changes during the session
• discussion of pattern recognition and compensation strategies
Open to the public, therapists, bodyworkers, and curious observers.
