The Flow Differential Method™ is a way of understanding how the body organizes pressure, fluid, and load. Pain, tension, and dysfunction often arise when that organization breaks down.
Rather than focusing on isolated muscles or chasing symptoms, this method looks at the body as a connected system. When certain areas lose their ability to absorb and distribute pressure, other areas are forced to compensate. Over time, that compensation shows up as stiffness, pain, restricted movement, or a body that simply does not feel right anymore.
The Flow Differential Method helps identify where pressure is being held, where capacity has been lost, and how the body can reorganize itself once balance is restored.
Why This Is Different
Most approaches work where discomfort is loud.
The Flow Differential Method works where the pattern began.
Instead of forcing change, it restores capacity. Pressure and fluid are allowed to move back into areas designed to handle them. When that happens, areas that have been overworking can finally let go.
Change often feels immediate and logical. Not because something was fixed, but because the body no longer needs to compensate.
This method considers how multiple systems interact, including:
• fascia and connective tissue
Nothing is treated in isolation. Every area is understood in relation to the whole.
People often report:
• relief that makes sense rather than temporary release
You do not need to understand the method for it to work. Your body already does.
The Flow Differential Method guides how I assess, sequence, and apply hands on work. It informs where I work, when I work there, and why certain areas respond when others do not.
This method is the framework behind my sessions and the foundation for future classes and educational offerings.
The goal is not to chase pain.
