Many people in Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty stay active, stretch regularly, and move well, yet still struggle with neck tension, headaches, sinus pressure, or a feeling that their body never fully settles.
This is especially common in hypermobile bodies and people who feel better during hot yoga or heated workouts, but notice symptoms return afterward.
The New Client Flow Assessment is designed to understand how your body is organizing pressure and movement, rather than chasing isolated pain points.
This session is especially helpful if you:
• Have full range of motion but ongoing neck or shoulder tension
If your body feels mobile but unreliable, this assessment was built for you.
Most massage approaches focus on where pain shows up.
The Flow Assessment focuses on why symptoms keep returning.
Using Flow Differential Method, we assess how pressure moves through your system, especially the relationship between:
• lower abdominal wall
• rib cage and upper chest
• shoulders and neck
• hips and posterior chain
Many symptoms occur not because something is tight or stuck, but because pressure is poorly organized. When organization improves, the body often self-corrects.
Your 60-minute Flow Assessment includes:
• a brief movement and pressure evaluation
The goal is not relaxation for its own sake.
Most clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more organized, not depleted.
Clients often come in for help with:
• neck pain with full mobility
New Client Flow Assessment
This session is available to new clients only.
After the assessment, we’ll discuss whether ongoing sessions or membership options make sense for your goals.
